Responsibilities As a Staff Analyst, Manufacturing IT (MES), you will own and support the PROMIS manufacturing execution system function for ADI's Limerick (ADLK) wafer fab, ensuring reliable MES capability that enables fab operations, process transfers, tool installs, fab expansion, and high-priority manufacturing programs. Serve as the primary control point for PROMIS production changes, ensuring changes are properly versioned, tested, documented, released, and traceable through ECN sign-offs and pre-release review. Lead PROMIS product-build activity for Limerick, including PSD/BOM setup, PRIME tasks, multisite activity, process constraints, alternate flows, and WIP-related changes such as NPID and die-count adjustments. Partner with process engineering, development engineering, test engineering, business units, operations, planning, quality, and finance to develop and support new processes, parts, and manufacturing flows. Support cross-site process transfers and multisite data flows, including urgent troubleshooting and data correction when required manufacturing parameters do not transfer correctly between sites. Manage PROMIS administration activities, including user and machine administration on SMART, account management, PROMIS table changes for new tools and capabilities, and report and data-extract support. Own or support Limerick PROMIS SOX evidence requests, user-access reviews, privileged-access reviews, and password and system-account reviews, delivering audit-defensible change and access controls. Maintain and mature ServiceNow approval-loop processes for PROMIS access provisioning and privilege changes, including role-based approver groups. Participate in the cross-site PROMIS Center of Excellence (COE), especially the Product Build focus area, to drive standards, shared priorities, documentation, and risk reduction across sites. Provide manufacturing data expertise for PROMIS / MES extracts, including lot, wafer, probe, trim, recipe, event, and history-table logic used for engineering, quality, and analytics support. Drive continuous improvement that increases fab efficiency, reduces operational friction, strengthens compliance, and improves the resilience of Limerick manufacturing systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting or leading semiconductor manufacturing execution systems (MES), preferably PROMIS or an equivalent platform. Strong understanding of wafer fab operations, including process flows, tool installs, product builds, WIP transactions, process constraints, and manufacturing change control. Hands-on experience delivering controlled production-system changes through ECN, testing, documentation, release, and approval processes. Familiarity with SOX / ITGC controls, user-access and privileged-access reviews, audit evidence, and remediation workflows. Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience querying and analyzing MES and manufacturing data to support engineering, quality, and operational use cases. Comfort operating in a mixed legacy and modern manufacturing IT stack, which may include OpenVMS, Fortran, scripting, relational databases, web services, and ServiceNow workflows. Ability to work directly with manufacturing, process engineering, development engineering, test engineering, planning, quality, finance, and IT infrastructure teams. Strong ownership of operational continuity, compliance discipline, and cross-functional execution in a live, 24x7 manufacturing environment. Semiconductor manufacturing experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with concepts such as yield, defectivity, DPPM, probe/trim, and multisite flows. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
