Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Drive profitable, sustainable market share growth across the assigned Sport Specialist portfolio (Golf, Motorsport, Running and other sports). Key Responsibilities Build and own the strategy to grow the Sport Specialist portfolio across GCC and LENA, aligned with global and regional priorities and account plans Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Act as the internal voice of your accounts and categories, representing them across functions and managing both external and internal stakeholders Negotiate and implement action plans covering trade terms, pricing and marketplace management Build brand credibility by onboarding the right partners, shaping the product assortment and building a strong marketing calendar (brand campaigns, launches, limited editions) Grow adidas market share in line with global standards, working closely with local and global teams Drive sell-through through sales data analysis, replenishment and impactful activations Visit stores regularly to make sure points of sale meet adidas guidelines and standards Manage day-to-day communication and tasks with partners Monitor customer and competitor activity, and propose and take action where needed Ensure partners comply with wholesale agreements and contracts Key Relationships Partners Brand Activation Omnichannel Customer Service Finance Supply Chain Hub KPIs Net Sales Profitability RFC Conversion Market Share Sell-Out New Partner Onboarding Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven sales experience Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Strong business development skills Strong knowledge of the sport specialist channel, especially Golf, with a genuine interest in other sports (Motorsport, Running, Training…) Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams Solid understanding of local markets, consumers, accounts and commercial needs Ability to analyze data to support strategic decisions and their execution Education and Experience University degree relevant to the industry Minimum 3 years' sales experience, preferably in retail Sports or fashion background preferred IT Skills Outlook: Advanced Word: Advanced Excel: Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint: Intermediate to Advanced Languages English: Fluent AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
