As a Senior Data & AI Transformation Consultant, you will lead client engagements that turn business ambition into practical, value-led transformation. This is a consulting-led mid-level role, so previous experience in consulting or professional service industry is required. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, requiring expertise in a Data & AI specialism and experience applying it within an industry domain. Key responsibilities include: Lead enterprise Data & AI modernisation and transformation consulting initiatives spanning complex legacy and modern data environments Structure complex problems whilst advising C-suite/senior client stakeholders Define visions, strategies, business cases and transformation roadmaps Assess organisational maturity and shape target operating models Identify and prioritise high-value Data & AI use cases Translate recommendations into practical requirements and delivery plans Provide hands-on technical advisory leadership within your specialist area Lead multidisciplinary project teams, assure quality and mentor colleagues Your Skills and Experience Required Strong consulting experience in Data & AI, technology or digital transformation, with a track record of leading workstreams, delivering at scale, meeting deadlines and working with minimal oversight Hands-on delivery expertise in at least one Data and/or AI specialism Delivery experience in at least one industry domain, for example health, water and utilities, defence or another regulated sector Excellent stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving and communication skills Project leadership, quality assurance, coaching and mentoring Awareness of responsible AI, security, risk and governance Desirable Experience leading across several Data & AI capabilities Cloud, modern data platform or AI operationalisation experience Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex public sector or enterprise environments Additional Requirements UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance Benefits Pension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10% Private medical cover Income Protection Life Assurance 25 days paid leave + National Holidays Flexible benefits program Diversity & Inclusion At Atos, we want everyone to feel confident and supported throughout the recruitment process.
