Job description

LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? Location: Bellevue, WA Hybrid — in-office required; early morning hours needed to support overlap with India- and Europe-based teams ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant (8-12 years of experience) who operates as a true business partner — not just to the executives they support, but to the organizations those executives lead. This person will support three senior members of leadership, each with distinct priorities, cadences, and stakeholder ecosystems: - Deputy Chief Technology Officer - Chief Information Security Officer - SVP of Product This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the business, not just close to the calendar. The ideal candidate thinks several steps ahead, represents their executives' priorities and voice in rooms they aren't in, and uses modern tools, including AI, to work faster, smarter, and with better judgment than a traditional EA function typically allows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a strategic thinker who can synthesize context across three different functions (Engineering, Product, and Security), anticipate what senior leaders need before they ask, and bring structure to ambiguity. Someone comfortable being a force multiplier — solving problems that don't have an obvious owner and running point on things that matter to the business, not just to the executive's day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Partnership - Act as a true thought partner to the leaders this person supports: understanding their priorities well enough to make judgment calls on their behalf, flag what matters, and filter what doesn't. - Represent the executives' voice and priorities in cross-functional settings: build enough trust and context to speak for them when needed. Good at asking clarifying questions regularly to stay in sync in a fast-paced environment. - Anticipate needs across three distinct leadership agendas (Engineering, Product, and Security) and proactively manage competing priorities without losing sight of any of them. Cross-Functional Execution - Partner closely with the executives and their respective teams to keep initiatives, operational rhythms, and communications moving. Track action items and accountability so important follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks. - Serve as a connective layer across the organizations: surfacing issues, coordinating stakeholders, and driving alignment on behalf of the executives. - Own complex, high-visibility logistics: leadership offsites, all-hands, org-wide events, and cross-functional gatherings that reflect well on the business. - Hold people accountable across all levels of the org, including senior leaders — using judgment to know when to nudge, when to wait, and when to escalate to keep things moving. AI-Enabled Efficiency - Actively use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, and prep work. - Build lightweight systems and templates (using AI where useful) that improve how the exec team and broader org operate. - Model modern ways of working for the broader EA community. Executive Support - Manage complex, high-stakes calendars for three senior executives with different working styles and global stakeholders. - Coordinate domestic and international travel with a high bar for judgment and discretion. - Oversee expenses, budgets, and purchasing in a way that reflects business priorities, not just process compliance. Team & Culture - Partner with the broader EA community to ensure consistency and strong coverage across senior leaders. - Act as a mentor or informal resource to more junior EAs, sharing best practices and modern tools. - Serve as a senior, trusted presence for the Bellevue location and teams: someone new hires and cross-functional partners naturally turn to. Space Planning - Own the Bellevue office seat map: track open seats, assign seats to new hires, and partner with IT to keep location information in Zoom Workspaces up to date. - Understand which teams need to sit together and allocate seats in a way that supports how they work. - Partner with the internship program PM to seat interns with their respective teams. QUALIFICATIONS - 8–12+ years supporting senior executives (VP+), ideally across more than one function or business unit. - Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic partner — not just a scheduler — to senior leadership. - Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve personal and te
