Zur Unterstützung unseres Country Quality Assurance (CQA) & Regulatory Affairs (RA) Teams suchen wir eine organisierte, detailorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Junior Specialist CQA (m/w/d) . Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung bei lokalen Dokumentationsaktivitäten (z. B. SharePoint-Management und Dokumentenpflege) Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Field Actions, einschließlich Kundenprüfungen und Vorbereitung von Kundenanschreiben Unterstützung bei qualitätsrelevanten administrativen Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Kennzeichnungsunterlagen sowie weiteren regulatorischen Dokumenten Vorbereitung regulatorischer Unterlagen für Einreichungen Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, beispielsweise zu Zertifikaten und Produktinformationen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Segment-Kontakten und Pharmacovigilance sowie externen Dienstleistern Unterstützung von Projekten und täglichen regulatorischen Aktivitäten innerhalb der DACH-Region Ihr Profil Erste Kenntnisse eines regulierten Umfelds, idealerweise in den Bereichen Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices oder Pharma Erfahrung in administrativen oder koordinativen Tätigkeiten in einem dynamischen internationalen Umfeld Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und hohe Detailgenauigkeit Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Interesse an regulatorischen Prozessen und Qualitätsanforderungen Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools, virtueller Zusammenarbeit und KI-Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das bringen Sie mit Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische, naturwissenschaftliche oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw.
