Job description

Trade Support Analyst - Derivatives & FX Country: Execute daily tasks related to trade processing of derivative products, FX and MM, trade maintenance, settlement, reconciliation, electronic and paper confirmations as well as issues resolution. Act as a central point of contact for the business when resolving incidents. Identify and escalate any operational and IT incidents. Embrace the Bank Risk culture to optimise the processes. Participate on the team training programme to increase knowledge and be able to perform more tasks. Get trained on regular tasks related to trade processing, settlement, confirmations, resolution of issues on reconciliation, as well as manage incidents on the day to support junior members Escalate any recurrent manual workarounds. Identify and record keep recurrent manual workarounds so that they can be escalated, analysed by the managers of the team and prioritised. Maintain a collaborative and communicative environment within the team, complying with the bank standards. Active participation on projects defining the main requirements, the testing exercises, and recordkeeping the evidences that prove the development and configurations of the systems are correct. Participate actively on projects getting support from the managers and grow professionally within the company. Degree on Business Administration, Engineer or Mathematic Knowledge (preferred) of Derivative products, FX and Money Market LUGAR DE TRABAJO: QUERETARO
