We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of demonstrating outstanding talent and ambition to join our world-class administrative team in Heredia, Costa Rica. What you'll be doing Determine and implement efficient administrative processes to optimize channel operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency Analyze data and generate insightful reports to drive data-driven decision making Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the administrative team Successfully implement new systems and technologies to improve operational capabilities What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, channel operations, with proven key finance proficiencies English B2+ or higher Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in SAP is a must Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attentive to details and committed to delivering exceptional work quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
