Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way. 中文版： 1.教育背景:计算机科学、软件工程、信息系统或相关专业在读本科/硕士(大三及以上或研究生优先),可持续 ≥6 个月的实习时间。 2.Java 编程基础:掌握 Java 核心语法与面向对象编程,能独立编写、调试程序;了解常见数据结构与基本算法。 3.数据库与 SQL:熟悉关系型数据库概念,能编写 SQL 查询;了解 Oracle 数据库、PL/SQL 者优先。 4.Web/接口基础:理解 HTTP、REST/SOAP、JSON/XML 等基本概念,了解通过接口做系统集成的原理。 5.开发工具:会使用 Git 进行版本管理,熟悉 IDE(IntelliJ IDEA / VS Code / Eclipse)和基本的命令行操作。 6.PLM 业务认知(加分项):了解产品生命周期管理(PLM)基本概念——如 Item(物料)、BOM(物料清单)、变更流程/审批(Workflow),或接触过 Oracle Fusion / Agile PLM 者优先。 7.学习与问题解决能力:具备较强的自学能力和钻研精神,遇到问题能主动查文档、定位并解决。 8.快速上手与独立交付:能快速理解业务需求与流程,迅速掌握新环境、新技术与新技能,在极少指导下快速进入状态并产出;适应力强、积极主动,能在快节奏环境中独立推动所负责的任务直至完成。 9.英文能力(重点要求):英文听、说、读、写能力强;能流利阅读英文技术文档,能用英文进行书面与口头沟通;能直接与(海外)业务用户及技术团队用英文协作交流,清晰表达技术方案。 10.沟通协作与工作态度:有良好的团队沟通与协作意识,认真细致、有责任心,遵守开发规范与数据安全要求;对企业级软件开发有兴趣,有意向长期发展者优先。 English Version： 1.Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (junior year and above, or graduate students preferred); able to commit to an internship of ≥6 months. 2.Java Fundamentals: Solid grasp of core Java syntax and OOP; able to independently write and debug code; familiar with common data structures and basic algorithms. 3.Databases & SQL: Understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries; experience with Oracle Database / PL/SQL is a plus. 4.Web / API Basics: Understanding of HTTP, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and the fundamentals of system-to-system integration. 5.Development Tools: Able to use Git for version control; comfortable with an IDE (IntelliJ IDEA / VS Code / Eclipse) and basic command-line operations. 6.PLM Concepts (Preferred): Awareness of Product Lifecycle Management basics — such as Items, BOM (Bill of Materials), and change/approval Workflows; exposure to Oracle Fusion / Agile PLM is a plus. 7.Learning & Problem-Solving: Strong self-learner with a research-driven mindset; able to proactively consult documentation, locate, and resolve issues. 8.Fast Ramp-Up & Independent Delivery: Strong ability to quickly understand business requirements and processes, and to learn new environments, technologies, and technical skills — becoming productive with minimal ramp-up and supervision; adaptable, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to independently drive assigned tasks to completion. 9.English Proficiency (Key Requirement): Strong English in all four skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Able to fluently read English technical documentation and communicate in English both verbally and in writing; able to work directly with (overseas) business users and technical teams in English and clearly articulate technical solutions. 10.Collaboration & Attitude: Good teamwork and communication mindset; careful, responsible, and compliant with coding standards and data security requirements; genuinely interested in enterprise software development; candidates seeking long-term growth are preferred.
