Principal Accountabilities 掌握所推广药品的药理毒理、功能主治或者适应症、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌症和注意事项等知识 主要负责执行所在区域的学术推广策略，并对阿尔法中国的长期业务发展提供支持 与直线经理达成工作目标的共识，制定学术推广计划和方案 在公司政策和程序指引下向医疗卫生机构工作人员传递药品相关信息，沟通，协助合理使用药品，收集、反馈药品临床使用情况、药品不良反应及临床需求等信息 与市场部、医学部等部门沟通，紧密合作，深入推广产品 根据公司要求，每月按时完成各项行为目标 及时反馈市场信息（客户，产品，竞争对手） 配合上级经理的协同拜访 及时、准确地按要求完成公司系统（如CRM等）的填写以及各类报告和表格填写提交 完成上级经理临时指派的工作任务 通过各项考试和认证 : 经公司培训并考核合格、定期学习公司相关的制度 配合公司完成医药代表信息备案事宜 严格管理自己的推广行为，不得实施收款和处理购销票据等销售行为，确保所有相关活动都遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于公司行为标准、《医药代表管理办法》等中华人民共和国相关法律法规和所有相关的行动守则。严守诚信，保持真实透明，不存在商业贿赂记录，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生 Qualifications Work Experience 一年及以上医药代表学术推广经验，具有相关疾病治疗领域或外资药企经验优先考虑 Education 具有医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历 Competencies & Major Skills 较强语言表达、沟通及综合能力，可以进行相关产品及应用技术的专业介绍及演讲 有良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神良好的信息收集和使用技巧 责任心：即使情况不明朗，我们总是在自己的决策和行为中展现主人翁精神 敏锐度：面对内外部变化时，我们以开放的心态快速应对 内部企业家精神：我们与客户携手构筑创新理念，以应对瞬息万变的市场 富有激情，能承受工作压力，能适应出差 具备基础电脑操作技能，如 word 、 excel 等 行为准则 Apply now » Find similar jobs: Alfasigma S.p.A.
