Job description

岗位职责： 1. 维护医院大客户管理相关重要客户，推动建立战略合作伙伴关系，建立KA客户管理档案 2. 负责辖区内KA医院的准入工作、协助销售团队非KA医院的准入工作，赋能销售准入相关工作 3. 负责辖区内KA医院的安全运营、预判KA医院可能存在的安全运营风险并管理 4. 及时了解并跟进相关政策，影响和驱动策略产品/新产品相关政策，解除不合理限制 5. 积极进行政策学习并洞察，制定辖区KA工作计划，支持NKA策略制定，并按计划高质量执行 6. 负责全国NKA项目在辖辖区内的执行，根据辖区业务特点，开展区域KA项目，推动创新共赢 7. 与跨部门同事紧密合作，推动其他相关业务，并完成上级经理交付的其他工作事务 任职要求： 学历要求：本科及以上学历，药学、医学相关专业背景优先 经验与知识要求： 1. 5年以上制药行业经验，外企/创新药企/国企背景不限 2. 近5年内至少3年医药区域医院大客户管理经验，有过成熟产品准入、集采产品安全运营经验优先 能力要求： 1. 熟悉区域内核心医院大客户，具有成熟的客户管理能力及业务洞察力，具有新药准入的成功经验 2. 具有较强的业务规划、执行能力及处理复杂事务的能力，可以使用Word/Excel/PPT/AI等处理工作 3. 具有高效的人际沟通和团队合作精神，与内外部客户保持良好的沟通和合作 4. 具有较好的发展潜力，适应性较好，热爱学习，开拓创新 5. 具有较强的抗压能力，能适应一定频率的出差 Apply now » Find similar jobs: Alfasigma S.p.A.
