Purpose of the Job 作为公司面向零售药房的业务管理者，通过管理CSO合作，统筹公司的核心产品线（慢病/专科药）在全国/区域零售药房的渠道建设、覆盖与增长。 职责与任务： Principal Accountabilities Identify major end results or accountabilities for the position. CSO管理：1）渠道布局：根据公司战略，规划零售药房的覆盖版图，建立对应的渠道分级体系；2）CSO外包管理：负责CSO供应商的全生命周期管理，统筹内外部相关方在制定筛选、合同签订、跟进及优化机制，确保业务目标达成。 重点连锁药房开拓：管理CSO在目标药房客户的JBP（年度计划）制定、谈判落地及重点项目的执行，赋能动销。 数据经营与效率优化：1）过程管理：建立CSO数据看板，及时监控过程指标；2）ROI思维：关注投入产出比，通过数据优化相关投入及资源分配，提升业务效率。 风控管理：1）确保全链路合规，2）风险预警：通过数据分析预警渠道风险，并及时进行纠偏。 Qualifications State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job including Work Experience, Education, Competencies & specific Skills.
