Implicit in a well written accountability should be a certain number of measurement indicators. 1.理解公司电商的业务发展策略，在区域层面制定电商重点客户合作的目标及计划, 并推动在所有重点客户的有效执行完成，并完成电商客户的各项业务目标 2. 根据市场策略，以日常拜访,组织培训，或与专业医学人员共访等形式，以落实电商平台客户的在产品医学信息的传递，提升电商平台/客户的医学专业性。 3. 根据业务策略，管理电商客户，制定年度生意计划及谈判，完成公司多品牌的高增长，高达成的业务目标 4.与市场其他相关团队保持密切沟通与合作，设计符合重点客户发展的活动，并确保符合公司的相关任务的完成。 5. 通过及时数据分析与总结，快速分析市场/平台/客户，以便总部及内部市场部各部门规划或调整市场策略，计划及项目执行，并对项目的进展和效果提供反馈和建议。 6．完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作.
