YOUR ROLE Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes, ensuring their reliability, performance, and smooth operation. Analyse business processes and process documentation to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into effective automation solutions. Assess and select the most suitable technologies for each use case, including RPA, AI, OCR, and Communications Mining, considering both technical and business needs. Manage, optimize, and further develop the existing automation infrastructure, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational objectives. Understand and evaluate how automation solutions interact with business processes, stakeholders, and operational environments. Contribute to the design, implementation, and expansion of automation capabilities while proactively promoting new development standards, best practices, and innovative technical solutions. Collaborate within international and cross-functional teams, contributing to projects through Agile methodologies and project management practices. YOUR PROFILE Experience in RPA development (UiPath), with the ability to design, develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate; knowledge of Power Apps is a plus. Understanding of business process analysis, process documentation, and identification of automation opportunities.Knowledge of AI, OCR, Communications Mining, and intelligent automation technologies. Experience managing and continuously improving automation solutions and infrastructure. Ability to assess business requirements and select the most suitable automation technologies. Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in new technologies and innovation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams, working within Agile environments.
