Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps team to facilitate better coordination among operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes ͏ Do Drive technical solution support to the team to align on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications Design and define the overall DevOps architecture/ framework to for a project/ module delivery as per the client requirement Decide on the DevOps tool & platform and which needs to be deployed aligned to the customer s requirement Create a tool deployment model for validating, testing and monitoring performance and align or provision for resources accordingly Define & manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code Manage and drive the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain from planning, coding and building, to testing, to staging, to release, configuration and monitoring Work with the team to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code that are required to run the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure with minimum disruptions Ensure on boarding application configuration from planning to release stage Integrate security in the entire dev-ops lifecycle to ensure no cyber risk and data privacy is maintained ͏ Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools Timely support internal & external customers escalations on multiple platforms Troubleshoot the various problems that arise in implementation of DevOps tools across the project/ module Perform root cause analysis of major incidents/ critical issues which may hamper project timeliness, quality or cost Develop alternate plans/ solutions to be implemented as per root cause analysis of critical problems Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isn t resolved Provide knowledge transfer, sharing best practices with the team and motivate ͏ Team Management Resourcing Forecast talent requirements as per the current and future business needs Hire adequate and right resources for the team Train direct reportees to make right recruitment and selection decisions Talent Management Ensure 100% compliance to Wipro s standards of adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability & effectiveness Build an internal talent pool of HiPos and ensure their career progression within the organization Promote diversity in leadership positions Performance Management Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports. Capability Building & Team Management % trained on new age skills, Team attrition %, Employee satisfaction score Location – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida Shift – 02:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST rate – 200K/M exp :- 8+ years Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) DevOps Engineer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and automation of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This role will focus on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, GitLab administration, and operational practices that enable reliable and secure application delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and supporting OCI environments and can help establish practical DevOps capabilities and standards. Key Responsibilities · Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. · Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform. · Design, build, and support GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments. · Deploy, configure, and manage GitLab Runners hosted within OCI. · Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes. · Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement DevOps best practices. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues. · Contribute to cloud operational standards related to security, resiliency, backup, monitoring, and supportability. · Document solutions, operational procedures, and deployment processes. · Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance on OCI infrastructure and DevOps practices. Required Qualifications · Experience designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions. · Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). · Experience managing OCI services such as compute, networking, storage, IAM, and load balancing. · Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure automation. · Experience developing and supporting GitLab CI/CD pipelines. · Experience deploying and administering GitLab Runners. · Experience with Linux administration and scripting. · Deep understanding of infrastructure automation, source control, and DevOps practices. · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting Oracle applications or enterprise ERP platforms. · Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. · Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions. · Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
