Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose We are seeking a Trading Service Hub Operational Consultant to support business-critical trading applications. The role combines Energy/Commodity Trading and ETRM expertise, service operations consulting, Business Analysis and structured problem solving to support operational stability and continuous improvement. ͏ Key Responsibilities Assess Trading Service Hub operations and recommend improvements to application support and service reliability. Analyze business-critical incidents, assess trading impact and advise business, Service Desk and technical teams on prioritization and resolution. Perform root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to recurring operational issues. Review incident, problem, service request and escalation processes and recommend improvements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate trading-user issues and business needs into functional requirements for technical teams. Analyze service performance, risks and dependencies; present recommendations for automation and process optimization. Support readiness assessments for releases, changes and new trading capabilities. Develop support documentation and operating procedures, and share domain knowledge to strengthen first-line resolution. ͏ Mandatory Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT / Trading technology experience. Mandatory ETRM experience and strong Energy/Commodity Trading knowledge, including trading applications and operational processes. Experience in Trading Service Desk, Application / Production Support or Service Operations , including complex incidents and cross-team escalations. Strong Business Analysis , requirements gathering, process analysis and impact assessment skills. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities in business-critical trading environments. Sound understanding of incident, problem, change and service management principles. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement with traders, business users, technical SMEs, vendors and senior management. ͏ Preferred Skills Hands-on functional experience with Endur or equivalent ETRM platforms. Knowledge of Front, Middle and Back Office, Risk and trading lifecycle processes. Experience with ITIL/ITSM environments, cloud-hosted trading applications and modern support models.
