Process Quality Engineer— China, Humen, Adhesive Technologies

Job description

What you´ll do Take ownership of projects to scale up new products into high-volume manufacturing, applying quality tools (FMEA, CP, SPC, etc.) to ensure robust process design, and deliver training to relevant stakeholders. Deal with Manage of Change (MOC) project, including, formulation change, raw material replacement project, etc. Support Manufacture Footprint Optimization (MFO) project, responsible for overall product transfer validation and qualification in site. Work with team to investigate off spec and customer quality problem for NPI/MOC batches, use 8D and A3 etc. tools. Support to achieve quality function KP. Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including participation in Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines, or with relevant work experience. Proven experience in a PQE (Process Quality Engineering) role or related quality engineering functions. Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Familiar with statistical data analysis and capable of applying it to process quality improvement. Open-minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Good written English skills, with basic verbal communication ability for daily work.
