Business Operations is a Global organization of Sanofi providing end to end services to all geographies in Europe, North America, China, JPAC & International regions and covering Global Procurement services, Operations and transition management, medical activities hub, People services, and Global Finance services. Global Finance services homedical following service lines O2C, A2R, Financial sanctions compliance. Over the past two years, Global Finance Services has doubled in size and increased its scope. This provides opportunities for learning, growing, job moves and a diversified, fulfilling career. Order To Cash (O2C) service line, one of the pillars of Business Operations Finance services, is currently covering the following areas Master data Management Sales orders Management Requests and Disputes Management Credit Risk and Credit Data Management Collections and Customer Contact Management Cash Application and Receivables Management AR related Month-end Closing, Reporting and Non-trade Invoice Management These operations are critical for customers & patients’ products fulfillment, accurate accounting, generating cash flow, and customer satisfaction. As Order to Cash Data & Business Analytics Expert within our Global Finance Services Order to Cash team, you'll turn data into insights that improve how we serve customers, collect cash, and run our processes. In our Business Operations Hubs, you'll help shape smarter, data-driven Order to Cash processes (from sales orders to cash application) that support customers and help bring life-changing treatments to patients faster. You'll work with colleagues across the globe, using analytics, automation, and AI to drive continuous improvement. Main responsibilities: Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports that help teams monitor efficiency, spot deviations, and follow process adherence. Analyze Order to Cash data and share clear, actionable insights with Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams. Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations and turn them into user stories and tasks for developers. Train and support colleagues so that data is understood, trusted, and used in everyday decisions. Put our data governance approach into practice, keeping data accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant. Resolve data quality issues at the source and work with other teams to align data definitions and data sharing across processes. Keep master and reference data consistent across systems and applications and check the accuracy of data from internal and external sources. About you: Experience: Proven experience in analytics and a strong understanding of Order to Cash activities, with good business sense. Technical skills: Hands-on experience with Power BI and RPA, and solid SAP knowledge. Experience with Agile ways of working, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Lists, or Python is a plus. Soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, and the ability to train others and present ideas clearly. A self-starter who takes initiative, works independently under pressure, and delivers excellent service to customers. Languages: Excellent English (written and spoken).
