About the role This role is critical to the successful delivery and support of customer security services, combining technical support, operational responsibility, incident ownership, and change governance to ensure high-quality outcomes across a 24/7 environment. Please note the role holder must be able to aquire SC government clearance and be a sole UK National Passport holder. What you’ll be doing • Provide technical support across Network Security Operations, acting as a key decision-maker within the team and supporting delivery from a 2rd Line position. • Take ownership of critical (P1/P2) security incidents, providing technical leadership during high-priority outages or security events, driving resolution, stakeholder communication, and service restoration. • Own and support change management activities, ensuring all changes are risk-assessed, peer-reviewed, implemented to a high standard, and aligned with governance and customer expectations • Lead and promote best practice across ITIL frameworks, ensuring effective service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
