UX/Product Design Intern

Job description

We are looking for a UX/Product Design Intern to join our design team in Mexico City and help shape the next generation of digital customer-support experiences. You’ll work alongside UX designers, product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams on experiences spanning Customer Support, conversational and chat-based assistants, and emerging Generative AI tools. This isn't a role where you'll only produce wireframes. We're looking for someone who enjoys exploring how an experience works end-to-end, from understanding a customer problem and designing the interaction in Figma, to creating realistic prototypes and collaborating with engineers on how those experiences translate into working products.
