We are looking for a Head of Finance, Mexico to lead our Finance organisation and help shape its next stage of evolution. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can combine strategic business partnering, strong financial governance and a transformation mindset. Working closely with senior business leaders, you will translate business ambition into sound financial strategy, actionable insights and disciplined execution. What you’ll doAct as a strategic financial partner to senior leadership, turning financial data into clear commercial insights and decisions. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning. Ensure strong financial governance, statutory compliance, accounting, tax and internal controls. Drive the evolution of Finance through digitalisation, automation and advanced analytics. Simplify and strengthen core financial processes. Use data, business intelligence and real-time reporting to improve decision-making. Partner across the business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing, forward-looking Finance team. What you’ll bringYou are a hands-on finance leader and trusted business partner, equally comfortable challenging strategically and delivering operationally. You will bring: Significant progressive financial leadership experience. Strong experience in finance transformation and/or systems evolution. Experience working with Mexican GAAP and IFRS. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complexity into clear business decisions. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication and change-management capabilities. A recognised professional finance qualification. Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
