Job description

As Senior Manager of Power Generation, you will lead the strategy, operational readiness, maintenance, and performance of OCI’s fleet of backup diesel reciprocating engine generators. This role is dedicated to the emergency standby generator fleet and its supporting systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable backup power for critical data center operations during utility power interruptions. You will establish fleet maintenance and reliability standards, oversee performance across sites and regions, and ensure compliance with applicable environmental requirements and air permits. Working with data center operations, engineering, design, commissioning, procurement, and environmental teams, you will drive consistent practices throughout the generator lifecycle—from equipment selection and commissioning through maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.
