About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support the operational and technical management of our third-party services (3PS). Key responsibilities include: Monitoring the performance of the 3PS provider, ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule. Requesting and controlling spare parts needed for corrective and preventive maintenance. Preparing monthly reports on 3PS management. Ensuring compliance with the tool calibration process. Ensuring the validity and updating of equipment contracts with clients. Managing the GSMS platform: opening and closing cases, work orders, and generating reports. Required qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask. Teamwork skills and effective communication with different areas of the company. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in Electromedicine Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Preferred qualifications: Intermediate English (A2 level). Ease of mobility within the Greater Metropolitan Area (San José).
