Support cross-functional collaboration with other departments to improve operational efficiency and strengthen interdepartmental cooperation. Collect market feedback to support commercial growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Customer-focused and proactive team player.
