The Medical Representative Cardiovascular is responsible for promoting, informing and presenting the company’s products to healthcare professionals (e.g. physicians, pharmacists, hospitals), in accordance with scientific guidelines and applicable regulations, aiming to achieve company's objectives by implementing the strategy effectively. Main Responsibilities Provides a professional and valuable medical perspective in the promoted therapeutic area, aligned with the company’s medical and marketing strategy. Implements various promotion strategies to increase healthcare professionals’ awareness of the company’s products. Visits healthcare professionals to promote Alfasigma products, respecting the established marketing strategy, within the assigned territory and approved frequency. Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and proposes the addition of new clients and KOLs to the managed portfolio according to market conditions. Uses scientific literature and clinical studies to help physicians and other healthcare professionals make the best decisions for their patients. Participates in conferences (symposia and other medical events according to communicated marketing activities, as well as regional, national, and international congresses selected based on company strategy) to increase knowledge of promoted products. Provides healthcare professionals with accurate, up-to-date information about Alfasigma’s products in line with the promotion strategy, addressing doubts and concerns, managing objections and highlighting product features. Works closely with other internal functions (Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.) to validate and provide accurate information to healthcare professionals. Proposes appropriate promotional activities within their territory in accordance with ethical standards. Key Requirements: Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area Bachelor’s degree (Medicine, Biology or Pharmacy is an advantage) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation capabilities, analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset Very good organizational and planning skills Why Join Alfasigma: At Alfasigma, we foster a culture where the courage to innovate is key to our success.
