Meta's Global Security team is seeking a experienced leader to serve as the Global Security Head of Retail, reporting to the Director of Physical Security Operations. In this pivotal role, you will support the Global Security Retail Program, supporting the launch and growth of Meta's emerging retail business. Your responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of the program, from opening new locations to deploying security teams for the first day of business. This position demands a professional with experience delivering security programs in environments with evolving priorities and timelines and is experienced in building and scaling security programs to support Meta's evolving business needs. The Global Security Head of Retail will also contribute to and help develop vision and strategy for the retail security program, scale operations, and develop robust operational protocols, policies, and standards that ensure a cohesive, consistent, and uniform global program that enables Meta's mission to connect the world. Maintaining close partnerships with cross-functional teams to execute our vision and enhance the program is a key component of the role. and will have responsibilities as assigned, which will include travel to support new Retail locations.
