Job description

Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical .NET applications, including incident investigation, debugging, and implementing fixes or minor enhancements. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and complex queries. Perform root cause analysis for application issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks, documenting findings and solutions. Monitor and support SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, and data integration processes to ensure system reliability and data accuracy. Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to support releases, deployments, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a related role supporting enterprise applications. Strong experience with SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, including code-level troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis. Knowledge of SSIS, SQL Agent, incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and ITIL-based support processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on ownership and attention to detail. Advanced English communication skills.
