Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain SFCC (Demandware) eCommerce applications • Work on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (business logic) development • Customize SFCC controllers, pipelines, ISML templates, and scripts • Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, APIs, and CRM systems • Implement responsive and high-performance storefronts • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and QA teams • Optimize site performance, scalability, and security • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in production and staging environments • Follow CI/CD practices for code deployment Define end-to-end SFCC solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance B2C commerce solutions using SFCC. Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution recommendations. Define integration architecture between SFCC and external platforms including OMS, PIM, CRM, ERP, Marketing Clouds, and payment providers. Design reusable frameworks, common components, and best practices for multi-site and multi-brand implementations. Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
