Role: Technical Manager - ARAS PLM Experience: 16+ Years Band: E4.1/E4.2 Location: Pune , PAN India Job Summary Seeking an experienced ARAS PLM Technical Manager to lead enterprise-scale PLM transformation initiatives leveraging ARAS Innovator. The role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, capability building, and technical governance. The individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, modernization, integration, and support programs while managing global teams and ensuring successful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead ARAS PLM programs across implementation, enhancement, migration, and support engagements. Define and govern solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and best practices for ARAS Innovator implementations. Collaborate with customer leadership, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to align technology solutions with business objectives. Drive technical solutioning for Product Data Management (PDM), BOM Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Digital Thread initiatives. Establish delivery governance, quality standards, risk management, and technical compliance across projects. Provide technical leadership for ARAS customizations, configurations, workflows, lifecycle management, integrations, and upgrades. Lead integration initiatives involving ERP, CAD, MES, ALM, and other enterprise applications. Mentor architects, leads, and development teams while driving capability development within the PLM practice. Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, customer presentations, and technical workshops. Manage project delivery, resource planning, customer escalations, and stakeholder expectations. Drive innovation and adoption of emerging PLM, Digital Engineering, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. Skill Requirements 16+ years of IT experience with significant experience in PLM implementations. Strong experience with ARAS Innovator architecture and enterprise deployments. Expertise in: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Product Data Management (PDM) BOM & Configuration Management Engineering Change Management Workflow & Lifecycle Management ARAS Administration & Customization AML, C#, .NET, JavaScript Enterprise Integrations & APIs SQL Server Cloud & Digital Transformation Initiatives Experience managing large distributed teams and customer-facing engagements. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience in Agile and Hybrid delivery models. Preferred Domain Experience Automotive Aerospace & Defense Industrial Manufacturing Medical Devices High-Tech Engineering Leadership Expectations Technical ownership of ARAS competency and delivery portfolio. Team mentoring, talent development, and capability growth. Customer relationship management and strategic engagement. Delivery governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. Contribution to practice growth, solution accelerators, and innovation initiatives. Other Requirements SuccessFactors Short JD Technical Manager with 16+ years of experience in PLM and enterprise engineering solutions, possessing strong expertise in ARAS Innovator, solution architecture, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, digital transformation, and large-scale implementation programs.
