Data, Analytics & AI Engineering We're looking for a curious builder who enjoys solving hard problems, learning continuously, and finding better ways of doing things. You'll help build modern data, analytics and AI solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Python and AI-powered engineering practices. You'll work on data products, transformations, automation frameworks, analytics solutions and emerging AI capabilities that accelerate how we deliver value across the organisation. We're looking for someone with a data-science mindset and hands-on engineering capability . Someone who is energized by ambiguity, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and naturally looks for opportunities to simplify, automate and scale. Someone who can move comfortably between business problems, data, AI and engineering and is excited by the challenge of turning ideas into practical solutions. What We're Looking For Must Have 4-6 years of experience Strong Snowflake development experience Strong dbt experience Exceptional SQL skills Excellent Python development skills Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Excellent communication skills Ability to translate high-level business needs into practical technical solutions Experience leveraging AI to accelerate software engineering, data engineering, analytics and problem solving Nice to Have Experience with Tableau or other modern analytics and visualization platforms Familiarity with semantic layers, data products and self-service analytics concepts What Will Make You Successful Curious and eager to learn Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Creative problem solver Naturally researches unfamiliar problems and technologies to uncover better solutions Passionate about data, analytics, AI and automation Comfortable exploring unfamiliar technologies and domains Focused on building reusable solutions rather than one-off fixes Our Philosophy We value curiosity, ownership and initiative.
