We are seeking a Senior Process Technician to own day-to-day operation of engineering and laboratory tools across multiple platforms. This individual will independently execute and prioritize process, metrology, and tool-monitor work, lead first-line troubleshooting and tool recovery, and partner with engineers on root-cause analysis. The role also serves as a technical resource and trainer for junior technicians, helping set the standard for safety, quality, and lab discipline. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
