Job Description: JAVA Microservices Developer Location: Pune Experience Required: 7+ years We are seeking a dedicated and experienced JAVA Backend Developer to join our dynamic Technology Services team within Wipro Technologies' Industry Cloud & Digital sector. This role plays a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative backend solutions that support large-scale, cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks, strong coding practices, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable software systems. Core Responsibilities: Develop robust, efficient, and scalable APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Design and implement microservices architectures that optimize flexibility and maintainability in cloud environments, particularly on Cloud Foundry. Develop comprehensive test strategies and conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI; leverage BDD frameworks like Cucumber to ensure behavior-driven development alignment. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and debug complex application and integration challenges, utilizing analytical skills to maintain optimum system performance. Engage actively in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, and related tools to automate testing, builds, and deployments. Support and maintain production-level applications with a focus on uptime and reliability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose enhancements to improve the system's efficiency and performance.
