Domain Knowledge Preferred Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Budgeting and Forecasting Reconciliations and Financial Controls Financial Reporting and Internal Audit Mergers, Acquisitions, and Transformation Programs ey Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives. Work with business and IT stakeholders to define business rules and requirements. Develop business capabilities, process maps, and transformation roadmaps. Support finance transformation, process re-engineering, and organizational change initiatives. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategies. Facilitate workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and stakeholder discussions. Required Skills Strong business analysis and requirements management experience. Process re-engineering and business process improvement. Stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in business architecture and solution design. Knowledge of finance and accounting processes. Understanding of AI, ML, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives. Documentation of business requirements, workflows, and business rules.
