job Description – Microsoft Intune Engineer & Support (L2) Lot 1 – DMaC (Digital Management as Code) Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 5–7 Years Role Summary The Microsoft Intune Engineer (L2) will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management services across enterprise environments. The role will support Digital Management as Code (DMaC) initiatives by driving endpoint automation, device lifecycle management, policy governance, application deployment, and modern workplace transformation using Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions. Key Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities • Manage and support Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise device management and endpoint compliance. • Administer device enrollment, provisioning, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and conditional access policies. • Support endpoint management across Windows, mobile devices, and corporate-owned assets using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. • Deploy and manage applications, updates, security baselines, and configuration policies through Intune. • Collaborate with workplace, infrastructure, security, and service management teams to improve endpoint management capabilities and user experience. • Support migration initiatives from traditional endpoint management solutions to cloud-based management platforms. • Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy deployment, application distribution, and compliance-related issues. • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with organizational governance and security standards. • Support Microsoft Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle management processes. • Develop and maintain automation scripts and operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Monitor service performance, endpoint compliance, and operational metrics, recommending improvements where required. • Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
