Experience: 5 to 7 years Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Flutter Developer with 5 to 7 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Flutter and Dart. The role requires end-to-end ownership of one or more applications, including requirement understanding, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing applications while collaborating effectively with business, functional, and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Independent Application Ownership: Manage one or more applications independently across the complete lifecycle, ensuring stability, performance, security, and timely delivery. • Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-quality cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart. • Technical and Functional Collaboration: Understand business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and work closely with business analysts, users, and cross-functional teams. • End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of user stories and enhancements from estimation and design through development, release, and post-production support. • Quality Engineering: Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code aligned with coding standards, architecture principles, and secure development practices. • Application Support: Resolve incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve monitoring and preventive controls to minimise downtime. • Agile Delivery: Actively participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, provide accurate status updates, and deliver commitments within agreed timelines. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application architecture, performance, user experience, development productivity, and delivery quality. Primary Skills - Mandatory • Flutter: Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining production-grade, cross-platform applications. • Dart: Strong proficiency in Dart programming, object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and reusable component development. • Mobile Architecture: Experience with scalable application architecture, state management, API integration, local storage, responsive UI, performance optimisation, and error handling. • Application Ownership: Proven ability to independently manage application development, deployment, production support, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. • Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant software development experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. Secondary / Optional Skills • Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot 2.x or 3.x. • Angular 14+ or other modern web frameworks. • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and cloud deployment concepts. • CI/CD pipelines, Git, and GitLab EE. • Restful API design and integration, backend services, authentication, and security practices. • Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. • JIRA for task tracking and Confluence for documentation. • Experience modernising legacy applications or integrating mobile applications with enterprise systems.
