Customer Support Executive – Mailroom Full Time (permanent/FTC) The successful individual will deal with a range of requests including Supporting the business by preparing documents and getting documents ready for scanning. Key Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Receiving, sorting and scanning incoming mail and ensuring data is uploaded to relevant systems within defined SLA Able to comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard/Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as per defined by the process To provide information to customers regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA Separating the archived documents based on individual customers Preparing and batching documents ready to be uploaded/sent out to customers Any administrative ad-hoc duties as required Skill Requirements Essential Skills & Experience PC literate and confident working with basic IT applications. Ability to work in a pressurised environment, Able to work in a highly target driven environment to meet tight timelines. Able to work on flexible timings as and when required. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
