Braun, you will play a vital role in responsive end-to-end sales administration, from request and order entry through delivery, billing, return, loan and tender coordination. Maintain reliable data, documents and communication so the sales team can serve customers efficiently and management has current information for decisions. Your key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end order administration, back-order visibility and customer communication. Coordinate delivery, billing, transport documents and issue resolution with DKSH and internal teams. Control borrow, exchange, return, FOC and related documentation through closure. Support tenders, contracts, compliance documents, PR requests and product-identification activities. Maintain stock and sales-support reports, provide cross-functional support and improve recurring processes. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales support, Sales coordinator, Marketing Coordinator or related field (experience in healthcare industry with understands processes and workflows related to order placement and e-bidding submissionwill be advantage) Experience working distributors which support on ordering process (experience in SAP, Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems will be advantage) Good command in Microsoft Office Able to communicate in basic English (reading / writing) Able to visit ฺinventory site / sevice center and assist business activities when required.
