Join our team to drive preventive maintenance, minimize downtime, and enhance machine performance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you! 🚀 Key Responsibilities Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, PLC systems, printers, and robotics to minimize downtime. Perform machine setup and optimization to achieve target production output and efficiency. Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, spare parts inventory, and performance reports for effective machine management. Drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements across production areas. What You Will Bring to the Team Strong expertise in electrical, electronics, and mechanical maintenance of production and packaging equipment. Hands-on experience in PLC-based machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction. A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, safety, and team development. What sets B. Braun apart?
