Then you might be our new Commercial Forecasting Intern! Boost our team As our new Commercial Forecasting Intern, you will become part of our Commercial Operations team, working closely with our Forecasting & Market Analytics Lead. Your focus area will be to support commercial forecasting activities across different brands and regions, contributing to data analysis, reporting, and forecasting processes. The position can be based at one of our offices in Denmark, Switzerland, or Germany and is a full-time, 12-month internship. You will gain hands-on experience working with commercial data, analyzing market trends, and supporting both short- and long-term forecasting. You will also collaborate with different stakeholders across the Commercial organization and contribute to improving our forecasting tools and processes. We are looking for someone who is motivated to develop their analytical skills and gain practical experience within commercial forecasting and the pharmaceutical industry. Your tasks: Support the preparation and maintenance of short- and long-term commercial forecasts across brands and regions Collect, clean, and structure sales and forecast data, ensuring high data quality and consistency Assist with consolidating product-, country-, and SKU-level forecasts and checking data for completeness and accuracy Support the monitoring and reporting of forecasts and relevant KPIs Prepare data tables, charts, and presentations for forecast reviews and planning meetings Maintain forecast trackers, timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities Update reporting dashboards and contribute to ad hoc analytical tasks Contribute to process improvements and automation of forecasting templates, dashboards, and workflows Are you our next Commercial Forecasting Intern? We imagine that you are currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. You have a strong interest in working with data and analytics and are motivated to gain practical experience within commercial forecasting and the pharmaceutical industry. You enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and turning data into meaningful insights. Furthermore, we imagine that you: Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or similar analytical tools Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of data Have an interest in commercial forecasting, market analytics, and the pharmaceutical industry Are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your analytical skills Are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across an international organization Take responsibility for your tasks and work independently with appropriate guidance Have good communication skills and can present analytical findings in a clear and structured manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English If you are interested in building a career within commercial forecasting and market analytics and want an internship where you can develop your analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in an international pharmaceutical company, we would like to hear from you!
