At Concentrix, we’re looking for a motivated Team Leader in Barcelona to supervise and support a customer service team within the fashion industry. Your responsibilities - Supervise the day-to-day activities of a customer service team, including attendance and performance monitoring. - Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback sessions to help them achieve their individual and team targets. -Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans when needed. - Ensure customer service delivery meets contractual requirements and business objectives. - Communicate goals, expectations, and relevant updates clearly to your team. - Support agents with escalated customer enquiries, providing guidance and expertise when needed. - Lead team meetings, encourage open communication, and organize team activities to strengthen collaboration. - Follow company policies and procedures while promoting Concentrix values and a positive team environment. What we’re looking for - Proficient or bilingual in Catalan + English - An associate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred. - Two to four years of relevant professional experience is preferred. - Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate others and drive performance. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - The ability to remain calm under pressure and follow through on commitments. - Flexibility to adapt to business needs and working schedules.
