Your Job Koch Fertilizer in Wever, IA is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Operations Technology Field Solutions team. In this role, you will deliver reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that improve operational performance at the site. You will take ownership of site technology infrastructure, lead improvement initiatives, and align IT and OT capabilities with business priorities. Success in this position requires strong communication, sound judgment, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in an industrial environment. You will work closely with site and enterprise partners to support day-to-day needs and deliver strategic initiatives. What You Will Do · Serve as the primary technology partner for the Wever site, translating operational priorities into reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions. · Develop site technology roadmaps, lifecycle plans, cost forecasts, and recommendations in partnership with operations, engineering, process control, and enterprise IT. · Identify, pilot, and implement technologies that improve safety, reliability, productivity, and decision-making, including defining business value and scalable implementation plans. · Lead technology projects with cross-functional teams and third-party providers, driving delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. · Lead IT, OT, and digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and sustainment, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication. · Support and maintain site technology infrastructure and applications, including networks, servers, wireless systems, end-user devices, and technologies interfacing with industrial control environments. · Promote secure and reliable operations through cybersecurity practices, incident response, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. · Lead change management, training, and adoption of new technology while aligning solutions with enterprise standards and initiatives. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience troubleshooting and supporting technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices. Experience leading technology projects with cross-functional teams and third-party providers, delivering on time and within budget. Ability to travel up to 10% & ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours support needs as required. What Will Put You Ahead Experience administering Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, backups, or related infrastructure services. Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems, such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, historian, or related technologies.
