Payroll Manager

Job description

Meta is seeking a Payroll Manager to join our International Payroll team. As one of two International Payroll Managers, you will share accountability for international payroll operations across 39 countries in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, delivered in partnership with our outsourced payroll providers. This is a people leadership role first. You will lead a multi-level organization spread across three regions, with experienced individual contributors who own critical processes and systems, and you will build the leadership bench that allows the organization to scale. You will also lead the operation through a deliberate shift: standardization over local variation, touchless processing over manual intervention, and connected technology over disconnected handoffs. The capacity this creates will be reinvested in business partnership and continuous improvement. You will own the multi-year strategy for international payroll and the end-to-end process that delivers it, align Finance, People, Tax, Legal and Engineering partners behind that strategy, and use data and metrics to steer decisions on resourcing, process and people investment. The team works across multiple time zones, so this role requires flexibility in when and how you collaborate.
