As a Senior HR Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this role, you will manage and deliver complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery. You will report directly to our SE HR Leader and you’ll work out of our Madrid location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations by ensuring that projects are completed successfully, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices and the overall success of the organization.
