Job Description As a Lead Consultant for Automotive Business and Digital Transformation, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, define product strategies, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This is a highly visible role combining business consulting, product management, analytics, and stakeholder leadership. YOUR ROLE Lead business and digital transformation initiatives across automotive mobility services Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, product leaders, and senior stakeholders Define product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for digital products and services Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable product backlogs Drive business process optimization and value realization initiatives Lead workshops, facilitate decision-making, and align cross-functional teams Manage stakeholder communication across business, technology, UX, legal, marketing, and operations Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and key business KPIs Support Agile delivery environments, including SAFe ceremonies and PI Planning Present recommendations and progress updates to management and steering committees YOUR ROLE 8+ years of experience in consulting, product management, business analysis, or digital transformation Strong background in the automotive industry, ideally within sales, after-sales, mobility services, or digital products Experience in one or more of the following areas: Connected Car & Digital Vehicle Services eMobility & Charging Ecosystems Fleet Management & Fleet Digitalization Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Owner, Lead Business Analyst, or similar role Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, business case development, and stakeholder management Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions and managing product roadmaps Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and drive execution with development teams Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring product performance, and deriving business insights Familiarity with Agile ways of working, ideally SAFe, Jira, and Confluence Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills Experience within OEM environments or exposure to automotive manufacturers is a strong advantage WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Supportive environment for personal growth, including help with certifications and access to international know-how and career opportunities.
