General Information Customer Business Planner ¿Te apasiona trabajar con datos, procesos y coordinación con diferentes equipos? Estamos buscando un Customer Business Planner que asegure la ejecución exitosa de promociones comerciales, contratos y actividades clave para nuestros clientes. ¿Qué harás? Administrar promociones y contratos comerciales. Dar soporte a altas de productos y mantenimiento de información. Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con deducciones y ejecución comercial. Monitorear actividades, identificar riesgos y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos. Colaborar con áreas internas y clientes para garantizar una operación eficiente. Buscamos a alguien con: Experiencia en Customer Service, Sales Operations, Trade Promotions o áreas afines. Perfil analítico y orientado al detalle. Habilidades de organización, resolución de problemas y gestión de prioridades. Manejo de Excel y sistemas ERP (SAP es un plus). Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
