YOUR ROLE Are you a motivated Junior Financial Consultant looking to kick-start your career and make a real impact? We’re looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work) , where you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients. As a Junior Financial Consultant , you will: Manage client regulatory classifications and onboarding compliance (FATCA, AEOI, MiFID, EMIR, CFTC, etc.). Monitor trade reporting accuracy, investigate reporting issues, and ensure timely resubmissions. Perform data quality reviews, regulatory controls, and root cause analysis for reporting breaches. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and international regulatory reporting teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Produce KPIs, management reports, and regulatory reporting metrics while maintaining procedures and controls. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management Knowledge of financial principles and markets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality results WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
