We’re a team of 2,000+ people, headquartered in Helsinki, with offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the user experience of core platform capabilities end to end, embedded directly with the teams that build them. You are a Lead-level designer with excellent design judgement and the skills to understand platform users’ needs and product goals. You apply agentic engineering workflows to ship features into production and contribute directly to delivering customer value. This is a hands-on role where you shape the scope of the work and are accountable for high-quality design outcomes. The role requires understanding both the technical in frast ructure behi n d appl icati ons and the use cases they aim to solve. Being part of the platform department calls for systemic thinking and solutions that scale to broader use cases and needs.
