Job Description: Job Description ͏ Roles & Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and support One Identity Manager and associated IAM infrastructure. Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, transfers, and access modifications. Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex IAM incidents, service requests, and production issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting of IAM workflows, synchronization issues, connector failures, and provisioning errors. Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, synchronization processes, application logs, and alerts to ensure platform stability and availability. Execute and support access reviews, certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) reviews, and audit activities. Design, maintain, and optimize Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and access governance processes. Work closely with Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to support IAM integrations and resolve cross-functional issues. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents. Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles. Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior support engineers (L1/L2). Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies. ͏ Skills Required: 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and administration. Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (preferred) or other enterprise IAM platforms. Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, RBAC, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes. Strong troubleshooting skills with workflows, synchronization, provisioning, and connector-related issues. Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries, analyze data, and support IAM database investigations. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, and related identity repositories. Familiarity with audit, compliance, access certification, and SoD requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage high-priority incidents effectively.
