Your Team We are an international and multidisciplinary team providing infrastructure as code to run effectively on the public cloud our client SaaS product implementations lifecycle. As we expand our customer SaaS deployments, we are currently seeking experienced site reliability engineers (SREs) bringing fresh ideas, demonstrating a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoying collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop reliable real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and availability Develop solutions using strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AI agents, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications, workflows, and enterprise solutions Develop, test, and optimize prompts for reliable and effective LLM-based outcomes Build and maintain AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and external services Create AI-driven automation solutions for repetitive tasks and business processes Design and deploy cloud-native AI solutions on OCI and AWS Troubleshoot AI application, integration, and workflow issues and support incident resolution Follow software engineering and operational processes, including testing, version control, deployment, change management, and incident handling Experience from 4-11 years Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent API integration and software engineering fundamentals AI-driven automation and solution development Cloud-native AI solution development on OCI and/or AWS We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
