Then apply now for the position of: Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals What you can expect You develop data-driven digital marketing and performance strategies for the OTC brand portfolio of STADA Consumer Healthcare. You design and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels and present results internally. You coordinate external agencies and ensure efficient implementation. You use AI-powered tools and further develop them to efficiently create digital advertising materials. You drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization to increase visibility in search engines and AI systems. You analyze media, brand, and business KPIs and derive measures for improvement. You develop the STADA CHC brand websites with a focus on content, user experience, conversion, and tracking. You work closely with brand management, e-commerce, and other stakeholders. You monitor market, competition, and technology developments and implement innovative best practices. Who we are looking for You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in the FMCG, OTC, or healthcare sector. You possess solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, media planning, performance marketing, and KPIs. You have experience in using AI tools for marketing processes and an interest in AI and GEO applications. You have a very good understanding of SEO, website optimization, user experience, and customer journeys. You are proficient in analytics and marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager). You have experience in managing external agencies and independently implementing complex projects. You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and understand marketing effectiveness. You are characterized by initiative, creativity, and a passion for innovation. You bring excellent project management and communication skills and work in a structured and team-oriented manner. You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
