Job Description: Job Overview Provides quality management activities within manufacturing, focusing on in-process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices. Job Requirements • Inspección y liberación de partes compradas de proveedores a través de revisiones dimensionales, funcionales o con gauge GO-NOGO • Realizar pruebas de funcionalidad del componente cuando así sea requerido por el Plan de inspección de calidad • Emitir un reporte de producto No Conforme o Qnote en sistema cuando se detecte producto no conforme • Realizar la contención de material sospechoso por temas de proveedores, emitir reporte en SAP, identificar el material, segregar. • Brindar soporte en piso sobre temas de calidad en componentes de proveedores • Elaborar y actualizar planes de inspección o QIP • Validación de muestras de proveedores con el equipo ICT QRO, o algún otro pro ceso existente • Realización de auditorías en piso, de proceso, 8 Básicos de calidad, LPAs, o de las 5S´s. • Capturar registros de liberación de componentes comprado y sus certificados de materiales en SAP, o algún otro proceso existente What your background should look like Nivel de estudios: Ingenieria en calidad o alguna carrera afin. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la industria automotriz, preferentemente en procesos de inyección de plástico y/o ensamble.
